"I believe what a man can do a woman can do better
There is no doubt that we’ve all seen women demonstrate passion, enthusiasm and a capability to take command of a situation when need be..
Women are able to make bold and wise decisions as leaders; this helps make the team environment less authoritative and more cooperative, bringing a family-like feel to the team. This boosts teamwork across the organisation and helps implement a new culture within the business. So yes women are very capable when it comes to leadership and they should be giving the chance to prove themselves...thank you!"

But realistically I’d probably just stare and smile at it for hours.it would mean a lot so I assume I would keep it tidy and care for it.

What’s your take on women inclusion in leadership? Answer:Leadership is about making others better as a result of your presence and making sure that impact lasts in your absence.” – Sheryl Sandberg
Women leadership matters.

Women are passionate, creative and resourceful. They are powerful agents of change, they are authentic and practical, engage in strategic thinking and are innovative and action-focused. They are sociable, adaptable and work well in relational environments. They are also team-orientated, inclusive and collaborative. Trust me, women bring different skills, qualities and perspectives to leadership.
The benefits of diversity and gender parity in leadership and decision-making should not be underestimated. Women are ethical and civic-minded, and champion diversity and issues of equality. Women leaders seek to further economic, social and political progress for all. Empowered women will improve outcomes and bring about result they also occupy a uniquely important role in mentorship and legitimising the contributions of other women. They prioritise personal development and focus on developing others, supporting the individual and making a real and lasting difference in the world."
